We are living in a transformative era, characterised by technological innovation, global uncertainty and social change. In this context, lan- guage centres are confronted with an increasing number of demands, such as providing learners with the necessary communication tools, supporting inclusive education and fostering intercultural under- standing.

What role can language centres play in responding to emerging needs and supporting global understanding? How can they address the challenges arising from digital acceleration, changing modes of communication, and evolving learner identities while preserving linguistic and cultural diversity? This theme invites reflection on the role of lan- guage centres in a world of complexity and change.
